How come some pods get gift cards, some get mandatory OT with no bonus, some get $10 per hour after going over your shift by 2 hours, and one time our pod was offered $15 per hour after going over your shift by 2 hours.
Well, now that I know they are willing to pay, Im done working the OT until they fork over some dough!
When my pod offered that $15 per hour in addition to our line count, it was the first time since 2006 that I made the amount of money I used to make. Im so mad that my wage has been cut by $15 an hour with the pay cut and the ASR, and the stupid pods. Gosh darn it, I am so bitter now!
