They do not want to be flooded with resumes, and usually find their MTs from the resume banks, either here or the other job site. That's how I got my jobs with them. I understand wanting to get away from the giant companies that suck the soul out of you. Try posting your resume -- couldn't hurt and you might get a hit. :-)
