This was about a year ago. I found that they hire people with no experience, just out of MT school, and they have a mentor program set up where their experienced MTs are supposed to monitor a chat room to help the newbies with questions. I'd certainly ask about this before considering working for them. I decided not to work for them for this reason. We have way to much unpaid labor attached to our jobs as it is.
