The account is okay, I will get great dictators and bad dictators, but that is to be expected on such a huge account. I don't like the strict verbatim though, it drives the grammar side of me crazy. I used the platform of Escription with my hospital job, so I was very familiar with it, I think the VR is way better than it was with Fluency (when I worked this account at iMedX). This platform is very user friendly.
