I also did the same account for a different service for over a year and had no problems. TTS has rewritten the specs and I KNOW these are not something requested by the account, as the specs contain incorrect information that, if done per specs, would be found wrong by the client. There is no way a provider with this account would complain about 90% of what is found wrong by QA. It's just a total waste of company resources and delay in turnaround to nitpick to death and lose very good, experienced MTs in the process. Big mistake the company should take a look at.
