New employees can't fly under the radar. - Jessica

The new QA person started this year, and those under her training and QA are the ones being torn to shreds. I appreciate QA pointing out ACTUAL errors, but when it comes to making up the rules as you go along, marking things that are not in the specs and are correct as transcribed, that is really pushing the queen bee role too far. I had 30 years experience in the specialty I was hired by them for, knew far more than the QA person, got over 99% accuracy from all others I have worked for, but constant by TTS QA harassment was just not worth it.
