I can't stand this much longer. If ASR worked correctly, I think it would be much more tolerable, but this is just torture.
As for the acute care hospital question, every one of my personal doctors has the nurse come in in the beginning of my visit and update and check everything, then the doctors fill the rest in as we go. Ill say it again, I don't like my doctors typing and not really listening to me, as I have noticed a real drop in care, but apparently this is what it has come to..
