From my understanding, if you pick a shift, you then HAVE to work it bec. it goes on your time card. No way I'm gonna do that then log in to find crappy accounts I have never done with the worst ESLs popping up. If they don't like it, they can fire me. I'm look for a good reason anyway. I work the OT if it's doable and reasonably routine and non-stressful. But I'm not willing to commit myself to the unknown.
