The correct way is that the MLS not be responsible for paying QA and QC, but Nuance pay them. By cutting our pay to send reports for review we are paying Nuance to Pay QC and QA. It is like breaking a plate if your a waitress and having to pay for it, or having people walking out on a check and having to pay for it. If anyone was really concerned about patient care they would simply do want was needed to be done to have an accurate complete documentation and not cut pay for MLSs to get it.
