It is obviously a heinous QA fabricated nonsense (they should be giving her extra credit for realizing the biopsy could not have been done in the future and doing exactly what a diligent MT should do).
Proof once again that FIESA is not about patient care or even quality, just getting $ off us. I do hope the MT successfully challenged that one.
