make more money using PTO then trying to make up the time. I already scheduled tomorrow off, but my Saturday is only 4 hours, so altogether it won't even be a full day of PTO. It just irritates me that we lost 3 days of PTO a year and then have to use what we have for days like this. I would hate to be PT and not have any at all. I certainly don't understand if you are PT why you can't use unpaid time if we run out, that makes no sense at all.
