One of the things that really peeves me is that there is a source available that can resolve these disputes - the client can check the lab results - but I have never known any MTSO to bother to check. You would think they would do so, given that the numbers that are in dispute can be quite critical to the diagnosis and treatment of the patient, so there should be a deep interest in getting the NUMBER RIGHT, and not PROTECTING THE STATUS OF THE QA.
