I've had neighbors shoot firecrackers off from 4PM-2AM on July 4th or NYE. I don't get the appeal of standing there staring at a firecracker exploding in the gutter.
I do love a display of fireworks when it is put on in a designated area by professionals, and fortunately I can see some of those from my house.
But when neighbors set off those things that fly all over the place and shower sparks down on the extremely dry yards and easements around here, it makes me crazy.
