Recurrent voces denouveau breast cancer? - Happy MT Robin

this is a new one on me and I can't find anything about it.

It is de novo but the voces I'm not sure of yet. - Olive

She very clearly spelled it denoveau, as well and I wasn't sure if she was saying voces or boces or something along those lines.

I sent it to QA. Haven't heard back yet what it's supposed to be.

Thanks for your help. I've that one written down in my notebook now.

This is a pt with recurrent breast cancer. "She now has a stage I breast cancer, ER/PR positive, HER-2/neu negative measuring 6 mm and with an Oncotype DX score of 22 translating to 14% risk of relapse without the local therapy and hormonal therapy. At this point in time, my biggest concern because of his continued recurrent instability, is if there is any evidence of bony deficiency of his glenoid and humeral head. I am going to order an MRA of the shoulder as well as a CT scan with 3D reconstruction to further evaluate the glenoid and look for any evidence of an inverted s/l **pen_______** with greater than 25% of anterinferior bony loss. Doc cuts himself off - was able to hear what I think was "pen something" Thanks for any help! ...

In a cancer report, the doctor gave a diagnosis of Stage IIIC T4aN2M0 cancer. Then she later said, He was staged as a pathological T4aN2a. She added the a and dropped the M0. I listened very carefully for the diagnosis and later in the problem list. She does not add the a after the N2 in either place. Does anyone know why it is N2a in one place but just N2 in the DX? ...
