This is a patient who is on third line chemotherapy for metastatic small cell lung cancer. He has progressed through carbotaxol, carbo VP16 and is now on topotecan. I can't find carbotaxol or carbo VP16 and I don't have good chemo references. Is carbotaxol carboplatin and taxol?
