How are the work volumes, any shift flexibility, pay on time? In general, how are they to work for?

There is plenty of work on a daily basis, you set your own shift and pay is always on time and correct! They are great people to work for. Account managers are always available to the MTs and very helpful.

Not sure what company you are thinking of but the pay at Uscribe is higher than that.

the ad states 8 cpl for ICs. I would like to know what - happened to compensation for ICs?

seems these companies are asking us to work for less as an IC more and more these days. Used to be 10-12 cpl for ICs. I don't know about you guys, but everthing where I live is going up, so the cut in pay makes no sense to me. Not only do we ICs have to pay our own taxes, but our own insurance, our own training, our own tech support, etc. I would think in the past the ICs made the bulk of the money with the MTSO taking a cut of the pay, but now it seems the IC may be the one taking a porton and the MTSO is making the bulk of the money.

This is pretty much the going rate for most anywhere anymore - and some are less.

Pay is 3 cents for VR and 8 for standard. Not a good company to work for. Just lost an account and no warning. (Not the British one). Ask you to work extra one day and then let you go the next wihout warning. Bad dictation. To me it seemed like you were working for the hospital you were typing for and that you were getting the reports they didn't want or couldn't do. Just my opinion. No money to be made here. YUK. Move on.

Just wanted to see if anyone has worked for Uscribe and get some feedback, what I saw was mixed, thinking of applying, but not sure about this company since I've never heard of them and if they are new, offshore presence, etc. I just want to have plenty of work and be left alone to do my work and make a living and cannot seem to find a company that will offer enough work to make a living wage. Anyone currently working for Uscribe on this Ireland/UK account? I am and for 8 cpl these people are dreaming and they don't give you your line count until the end of the pay period so you have no idea how much money you are making on a daily basis. They are nice people, and the operations manager is one of the nicest ones I've come across. Was at Fast Chart and many talk about over staffed! These are the jobs we have to choose from with low pay and then this Dragon program is Nuance Dragon. Isn't this VR which is again Nuance taking over everywhere? Google Nuance and they say the Dragon program which is from India, and most hospitals now are going to this program and we get 3 cents. Good sales pitches. ...
