You can apply the "poor people" situation at KS to any and all complaints such as poor pay, poor communication, poor management, low work. We complain about all of these issues all the time in this industry. What makes KS people so special these days? Those MTs chose to stay at that company. That owner has years and years of bad press. So why is their situation so special now?
What in the heck does KS have to do with the Slack Board at Precision? Are you saying it's not okay to complain or point anything out about a company because the KS MTs crying in the corner will be offended?
