That is why you should have your Slack notifications on while you work. There are times when there are questions for an MLS that need to be answered quickly. For instance if a client is calling and requesting a report and an ETA is needed. You don’t have to read all the messages on Slack. The most important ones are sent to the entire channel and those will show up under notifications.
