Bytescribe - brianfish

Hi anyone

We have 2 Bytescribe Orator systems which we use to receive & transcribe phone orders overnite. I have been trying to contact them for 3 days but to no avail..

no response to email and their phone rings 2x and then disconnects...

does anyone know if they are still in business?
