Jay is correct about the operating margins at the MTSOs, I have seen some of those numbers. Trump is not going to cut out India, he has companies based there and is an advocate of cheap labor. On site as well, wages are stagnant in many positions, people "max out" in their positions and don't get raises, benefits get cut, everyone has a budget to meet and unfortunately they can't pay everyone what they think they are worth, it's a fact. I can bet that Indians aren't doing a lot of complaining, they are thankful to have jobs. Point and click and front end ASR are viable options, and I am sure the consultants have considered that.
