It's nice, sir, that you are trying to treat MTs with respect and I'm sure you mean will, and it's no good if the pay is good and the treatment bad either, but in the end, we're still being cheated on our livelihoods. Not all your fault or your company's fault, but there is just no way to make up for this with MTs. We've really been cheated with the reduced VR rates. I'm sure you mean well, Jay and that you want to treat the MT well, but the pay issue is a big one.
