Transcriptionists are so beat down already, this is the last thing they want to hear. Our pay year after year takes a cut, our morale is low. What we want is pay equal to our skills, not the menial pay we get with VR anymore. When we are paid what we are truly worth, you will see the morale improve, but until then anything else offered to us not of monetary value is just shallow.
