is there a test called urinary wheat histo antigen? I can't find it anywhere and the word that is throwing me off is the wheat.

I did a Google search as "wheat allergy urine test" and got several hits on the word casien. Do some research to see if that fits the context of the report you have.

Research: wheat histo antigen. It's unfortunate that the OP provided no context.
Ortho doc is dictating PSH and he's stating the patient had a right shoulder histo. Any idea what histo means?
