His neck no s/l "so triclear" venous distention or prominent lymphadenopathy.

but when they are dictating about the neck and mention "venous distention" you can just about bet the preceding word is "jugular."

The jugular vein is a major vessel in the neck. When it bulges and is palpable, or even visible in many cases, this is an indication of congestive heart failure.

Yeah that's what I thought, but I am pretty sure he is not saying jugular. Any other suggestions?

The more I listen to it it sounds like "subtriclear". I am pretty positive he is not saying jugular (that would be too easy)!

The doc consistently says venous stasis edema. However, when I look it up, I find that they are two different things, i.e. venous stasis AND edema. Which is correct? TIA ...
