s/l resemble floor - Noobie

Posted: Apr 07, 2011

The patient was noted to have a very wide inguinal ring which essentially created no [s/l resemble floor].  The entire hernia sac was freed from the surrounding cord structures and then reduced back into the abdomen.

I am at a total loss as to what this word could be. Any suggestions?
