Please help with this sentence: "Was admitted to the hospital 'off-white' bone grafting of the right radius from the right ileac crest." In context, he's speaking a lot of the right, so that might be right and not white, but I'm still not sure how it works in this sentence and how "off" works either. I appreciate your help! ...

How would you type aortobiiliac aneurysm? Aorto-bi-iliac, or aortobiiliac? I've seen both in place, and my gut says no hyphens, but it certainly makes it harder to read that way.
