In physical exam...full sentence is "s/l pill rolly was noted, especially in the left hand."
It is "pill rolling", which is a neuro condition...sm - Cyndiee

seen lots of times in elderly patients, they move their fingers in a "pill rolling" fashion, can be seen in Parkinson's or other dementias, etc.
They have kept the "pill socks" on him and his saturations have been above 95%.
Pill socks- is that right? I feel like I have heard it before but Google isn't being very helpful. ...
A female patient is in for symptoms of vaginitis, STD check as well as needing birth control...anybody ever heard of "Librelle?" Dictated..."She can go with the "Librelle" as she wants, 3 months at a time and metronidazole.....blah, blah, blah...." I can't seem to verify it anywhere. Thanks for the help! ...
I'm with this guy on how ridiculous Nuance's CEO pay is and I can actually understand this video, kind of.
Nuance apparently enacted an anti-takeover provision limiting power of anyone with 20% or more share of stock to dilute their voting rights. They do not want that guy Icahn, who wants Apple to buy Nuance, to have power to persuade them to sell.
Also, Nuance are apparently actually trying to protect their right to pay huge executive compensation way out of whack with performance ...

Disks sharp on funduscopy. Cranial nerves 2-12 intact. No signs of appendicular s/l "cori ditosis", dysmetria, ataxia. Reflexes were 1/4 bilaterally with no asymmetries.

When the doctor dictates about the gait and tandem gait, do you leave that under extremities if he dictates it there? He usually says it at very end of physical exam, and I am unsure if he just forgot to dictate "NEUROLOGICAL" heading or what. That can't be right, can it? I would think it would be difficult for most people to perform "head-to-shin" movements. Ouch! ...
