The MRN was had a different patient, but the billing number and the patient name matched the ADT screen. Not to mention the fact that he kept using "she" in the dictation and the MRN number matched a "he". I am a former Spheris MT, now begrudgingly a MQ MT (not that Spheris was all that great either). As was pointed out below, we are still on Spheris rules for the most part but I don't expect that to last forever.
