humeral epicondyle fracture - Deb

A child with a humeral epicondyle fracture was seen in the office and had her s/l spin-ah-log cast removed. Can't find this cast anywhere! Any help is appreciated.

I did find sugar-tong and googled it. Sure looks like it but really does not sound like what he is saying at all.
