The nose was further decongested and anesthetized utilizing 10% cocaine pledgets, followed by injections, some _____, some_____...... or maybe submucousally, subperiossively.

I know, I'm a new student trying hard to get this. Let me know if I need to attach a sound file.

Students are not supposed to be asking questions about assignments on this forum, but check your spelling of the first word and not the second word you are not far off either. If you have an ENT reference book, it is in there. You would not be able to attach a sound file on this forum either.

You should not be attempting to transcribe without knowing those regulations inside and out not only for the patient's protection but for yours too.

Doctor is dictating for a 90-year-old who sustained a hip fracture in a fall. Then, under assessment, it sounds like he says "Left crural neck fracture." I could assume he means femoral neck, as I never heard of crural neck. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance. ...

First time I've heard this one! Of course don't get this doc often so here we go. He's removing a nasal polyp and he says: Using the 3:16 s/l microgurbator at the polypoid tissue was 3:18 s/l microgerbated down to the level of the middle meatus.
