DSAEK Goosey-type grasping forceps, 4 5/8", angled shafts, 12mm tip to bend length, round handle with guide pin
used in opthalmic surgery

as for the blade, is it possible he could be saying "Bausch & Lomb"? They do have ophthalmic blades/scalpels

#-blade Or # Blade
Dec 14, 2010

So, in text should it be #-blade or # blade (i.e., 11-blade or 11 blade)? It would make sense to be that it should be 11 blade, but there are many MTs who type 11-blade (or 15-blade or whatever). When editing for my hospital, I change it to 11 blade, but I'm starting to doubt myself. Thanks for the help! ...
