defibrainers lactate?? - KC

The doctor dictates the following phrase:  An IV of *defibrainers lactate* was started...   I can't find a word that sound like "defibrainers."  What could it be?  The patient had dizziness and is pale, and that is why the IV fluid is given.  Thanks!

Possibly D50 or D5W Ringers lactate? - nm
