Maybe Santyl? It's not an antibiotic itself, but is used with a topical antibiotic to enhance the antibiotic effect.

It's called Santyl and I'm not sure it's actually an antibiotic; maybe it is. All I know is that it is used for a lot of severe wounds for debridement of necrotic tissue in ulcers like diabetic ulcers is where I have used it a great deal. Hope that helps. I have several references and I wouldn't tell you something and be wrong. Take care.
The sentence is:
He has not used any type of topical _____, etc. in this area.
Maybe he is using an abbreviation, but it sounds like SAV. The patient has a skin rash. I feeling like putting the word ointment, but clearly he is saying sav.
Thanks for your help! ...

I can almost make myself think he is saying, "She was given the full abx tx but then the sentence would not really make sense, would it? Can anyone help? Dictating MD is a neurologist and referring is Internal Medicine. Thanks!!! ...
