[ In Reply To ..]I've never actually heard that expression or term but possibly saying chafe as in rubbing which would make some sense if there was shedding of microemboli (small blood clots) in the kidney.... Just a suggestion...

Patient had pelvic ultrasound done which showed some liver lesions. She then had a CT scan done that confirmed the lesions. They were heterogeneously enhancing, not felt to be consistent with hemangiomas.
