I'm having huge problems with this pulmonary dictation. "Chest CT 2010, no interstitial fibrosis. Mild linear (s/l clinical) scarring in the lower lobes, right middle lobe, and lingual. PFTs-moderate restrictive lung disease. (s/l Mild decrease and diffuse in capacity.) Repeat PFTs - no significant change - (s/l duke) pulmonary - diffusion problem. (s/l also 2 homo 2.) Desats."
On the 'also 2 homo 2', she does seem like she is stumbling over her words, so the only relevant part of that rambling may be the "homo 2" part. The patient did go to Duke for her cardiac problems, so Duke could be a possibility there, but it would make the sentence even more broken. Where it sounds like 'clinical', there is at least one more syllable in the word, but it's hard to tell exactly where. The second s/l just doesn't seem to make sense the way it sounds. I would greatly appreciate any and all help!!
