She very clearly dictates:  He was also unable to perform finger-to-nose and had difficulty performing "head-to-shin" movements. That can't be right, can it?  I would think it would be difficult for most people to perform "head-to-shin" movements.  Ouch! ...

Short Cut For List Punctuation In A Drug List? (Fluency)
Dec 06, 2014

Is there is quick way to add commas between items in a list? Of course, using Ctl K in front a word will change the punctuation, but it will also change a capitalized drug to lower case, and you will still have to get to the beginning of the next drug which will require 2 Ctl arrows and backspace. Ctl arrow takes you to the beginning of the next word, but you will have to backspace to put in the comma. Adding punctuation to lists is so time consuming! ...

Medication Dosage Help

Hi all, it is late and I am getting tired.  I have a doctor stating the following, "He is placed on clindamycin 10 mg/kg per 5 mL every 12 hours. This is a 75 mg/5 mL solution."  The patient is a child.  I googled and can find bits and pieces of what I input, but nothing all together.  I guess what I am questioning is, do you think he meant to say the first 5 mL, or do you think he was stumbling over it?  Also, does the dosage seem correct to you?    ...
