Lumilar insulin? - Linda

I have the patient's chart, which spells it Lumilar insulin 40 units b.i.d. The doctor says it very clearly, but I can't find this in my drug book or on google. Is this correct?

Humulin (handwritten kind of looks like that?). Otherwise I would guess Levemir or maybe Lantus.

I have slowed it way down and sped up, and it is clearly lan set. Not Lantus. I have archived lancet insulin, and everyone says it must be "Lantus" on those questions, because Lancet is the blood stick checker. So...I am wondering if there is a "lancet" device that delivers insulin that I am missing, or do you think this is a flag?
