Ludwig's deformity of the biceps - Bobbio

deformity of the proximal biceps with long head rupture and positive "Ludwig's" deformity. I cannot find document Ludwig's. Has anyone heard of it?
Have heard of Popeye deformity - sm - je suis MT

Maybe long head (of the biceps) deformity?

Ludwig angle - The angle between the manubrium and the body of the sternum at the manubriosternal junction. Hope that helps for future reference.
The MRI scan indicates a biceps s/l long-handed tendon interstitial tear at the level of the humeral neck. s/l mild mally perch biceps tendon of the bicipital groove, suspicious for the transverse ligament on the biceps pulley mechanism being insufficient or injured.

Doc is doing an exam of patient's shoulder and says patient has a shark tooth deformity. It really sounds like "shark tooth," but I'm wondering if this should be Charcot, though in researching it sounds like Charcot affects the lower limbs, not the shoulders. Any help with this would be very much appreciated. ...
