The doc clearly says, "...recommended having the patient put s/l *peri-dressing* over his..." and later "...have obtained several of these dressings for the patient."

I always thought that you could carry over PTO under 40 hours into the new year but someone was telling me today that they did away with that policy or are doing away with that policy and that you will loose everything now and start fresh with PTO.... So is that true or is she just mistaken? If that is the case I am SCREWED because I didn't ask for any time off this season and will lose about 30 hours.... so I hope it is not. ...

Dictated: This was cleansed with peroxide and sterile s/l full-ethelyl gauze and bandage applied.
He has an East Coast accent and the audio is a bit grainy so "full" also kinda sorta sounds like "four."
But now I have listened to it so many times, it all just sounds like mush. Any suggestions?

dictator is talking about treating a wound with a foam dressing and says "knee salt" foam dressing. I cant find any type of dressing that even sounds like that, and it might be two seperate things, like "knee salt and foam dressing" but she didn't say and. Anyone know what the "knee salt" could be? ...
