The questions you have been asking look suspiciously like they are from somoe type of test.
It is against board rules to ask test questions while a student or taking a company test. Crack open those reference/text books, contact your instructors, or use internet search, and you will learn and remember things better. My motto is "Feed a man a fish, and he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will eat for a lifeimte".

You can answer a question and then explain how you found it, etc. BUT this poster really seems to be a student or taking an employment test. that was the point of my post.
Does anyone with the "Big Q" (other than for op reports) who uses the Diagnostic Reports Generator? There's not much info about it . Is there anyone who has a little time to give the rest of us peons who don't understand it some information about it? Thank you so much! ...
The guidelines, the diagnostic guidelines are actually things which arise DS 7-4 and CD10. Those are the diagnostic criteria.
Is it DS 7-4 or DA7-4 or VA 7-4??

Doc is doing a knee exam for large meniscal tear and bone-on-bone medial compartment OA. He says what sounds like "Simons first test" caused grade 4 posterolateral tenderness.
Any ideas?

This is in the patient's medication list. Doctor says "s/l g-lie-a-test as needed".
The patient has severe dementia, hypertension, history of aggressive sexual behavior at nursing home and glaucoma.
His other medications include lorazepam and Xalatan drops.
