"Clinical campese" ?? - Rose

Posting here as I can't get the Word board to take a post. Woman with breast cancer who has suffered numerous infections, one dictated as "clinical cam-pea-see" I can't find anything close for campese with various spellings also under K. Any ideas? Thanks.

Breast cancer patient underwent lymphangiography with indocyanine green and was noted to have minimal dermal "Blackwell panier" which was significantly improved and all bypasses were patent at that time.

Never could find it but another MT used "Campisi" so I just used it too. Still, nothing on Google. This dictator is notorious for coming up with the strangest erroneous pronunciations.

I require 0.08 cents/65 character line as typing is not worth anything less than that foilks....Anyone with info on a good company who has clinic work would be appreciated. Ahima certainly gives it a different spin than MT, and an article at Study.com lists desired or common requirements as associate's or bachelor's degree, with nursing, HIM, or health information technology, and medical coding expertise. So where does Nuance get off expecting "lowly" MTs to do this stuff, with 100% flawless accuracy, on lowly MT pay having to Google everything? I have been checking out job openings at my local hospitals for the past few weeks. This morning, an opening for a Clinical Data Analyst came up. The requirements for the position are high school diploma or equivalent and Medical Record Terminology or similar experience, etc. It does not list a salary range, but from what I know CDAs are paid very well.
