I thought R&R for rate and rhythm or RR for respiratory rate, not sure and it also sounded like something like "iron" something or another. Tnanks for any help anyone can give me.
His [s/l R&R or RR] the day before had been noted to be elevated, and his physician had tried to contact him.

Ahima certainly gives it a different spin than MT, and an article at Study.com lists desired or common requirements as associate's or bachelor's degree, with nursing, HIM, or health information technology, and medical coding expertise. So where does Nuance get off expecting "lowly" MTs to do this stuff, with 100% flawless accuracy, on lowly MT pay having to Google everything? The requirements for the position are high school diploma or equivalent and Medical Record Terminology or similar experience, etc. It does not list a salary range, but from what I know CDAs are paid very well.
