...has s/l * COMS * disorder, an adrenal disease that causes low potassium in the body. Can't find anything I feel is definitive.

What is a ConnĂ¢€™s syndrome?
ConnĂ¢€™s syndrome is a condition associated with the development of high blood pressure and low potassium levels in the blood. In patient with a recent diagnosis of hypertension ( high blood pressure), the findings of a low potassium level should lead to a search for this disease since it is a curable cause for high blood pressure.

I've been an MT for 31 years. I started in a hospital in 1981 and supervised the MT department. Over the years, I owned my own transcription company for 9 years, and have worked for all the big companies.
Here's my problem: I can't understand all these abbreviations on MT Stars - ILS, NJA, OOW, you get the gist. Before, when I've asked what something stands for I've been accused of being someone faking an MT, so I just don't ask anymore.

General checkup with pt complaining his meds were lost through an airline. Pt has a history of receiving pyschiatric therapy.
"ASSESSMENT:
1. Sinus congestion.
2. "A Floor 2 disorder."
3. Narcotic abuse.
I really can't tell what she's saying...sounds like "A floor 2" or "left lower tube" disorder. Can anyone help??? I feel like this is one of those easy things that I'm just missing and not thinking of. Thank you! ...
