Anyone heard of something that sounds like "Gravefil?" - mrs.krabs

This word is still bugging me. It was used in a cardiac cath report when closing the arterial wound. He used manual pressure on the opposite side. The doctor was an "international dictator." This was a stupid cardiac cath that should have been easy except for the doctor's dictation skills or lack thereof, not an accent problem. I def heard "grave fill." Any ideas?

I have no idea. Can't find a drug that sounds like it. Maybe a dressing? Definitely heard the "gr" at beginning and "fill" at the end.
I already sent in my job appl and transcription tests, but this is bugging me.

Can anyone offer some different words to describe bowel sounds on the physical exam? I've looked online and the ones I've found (normal, present, active, positive) just don't sound like what the doctor is saying. Of course he sounds like he's turning away & speeding up his words when he says whatever it is he's saying, so it could be anything, but it sounds like it starts with an "n" and has a t sound in it and is possibly two syllables.
