This word is still bugging me. It was used in a cardiac cath report when closing the arterial wound. He used manual pressure on the opposite side. The doctor was an "international dictator." This was a stupid cardiac cath that should have been easy except for the doctor's dictation skills or lack thereof, not an accent problem. I def heard "grave fill." Any ideas?
