Using Shorthand with Chartscript

We recently started an account using Chartscript.net. A lot of our MTs use Shorthand for their word expander. Does anyone know how to make Shorthand work with Chartscript.net? Or...does anyone know how to load your Shorthand entries into the Chartscript.net expander? Thanks! ...

Hospital I work for just went from Dictaphone to Chartscript. My DSL (Frontier) is old and slow. When too many people are using the DSL, the speed slows WAY down and the jobs don't save. When I submit the jobs they are in Times New Roman font, I'm double-checking to make sure that's the case, but at some point after submission they are switching to Arial! When I open abbreviations to edit/add, every time you close after adding one, then open it again to add another, it seems to take forever. Is there any way to speed this process up? Someone recently had an issue with Shorthand and Autocorrect both operating at the same time, and they were apparently fighting with each other, because both of them had some of the same expansions/corrections, so the user was getting duplicate text.
