I feel really stupid right now but I am desperate for help from anyone who knows how to operate a Philips 9850. I just purchased this used. I have 1 doctor who will call in to dictate on it. I have installed software that came with it, SpeechExec Dictate 5.0. I have changed every setting I can imagine and have read both manuals twice.
