I'd like to know so I can make a decision whether or not I want to stick it out here. Must not be good news or they'd threw it out there earlier.

Trying to juggle 2 jobs until I can make the decision. I am betting when October gets here we will be told it will come out late in the month. Then in November we will be told blah, blah, blah.

My TSM sent an email saying that she thinks the changes coming will be good for the MLS and in the same email, she told us she is leaving Nuance this week. Getting out before the big announcement so she doesn't have to try and justify the unfairness????

probably like many companies: In the past we've enrolled for new insurance and so forth in late Fall, then the changes begin January 1, which makes sense. I believe the comp package would be the same scenario.

not to FINANCIALLY penalize us! Other than that, it would mean nothing to me.

Agree, when you are ineligible for - any incentives at all for 3 months

It really is depressing and there is absolutely NO motivation to do one minute extra work, NO motivation to do what they laughingly refer to as OT, NO motivation to do anything but the bare minimum required.

So even pass/fail could backfire for us, depending on how harsh/weighted the "fails" would be.

Even if they made the taking-away-money-and-incentive period only 1 month or even 1 week would be a big step up.

But this is Nuance, after all, so if they're not picking our pockets I guess I'm dreaming. Not like they need the money, but they will take from us what they can and never give back.

They will still grade using their inflated point system, the only change we'll see is FAIL on our reports instead of 98.X%

That we are to always use mL instead of cc when transcribing liquid measurements.  This may sound like a stupid question, but I am wondering if this would be true when transcribing the dosage of normal saline.  Would it be 1000 mL or 1000 cc?  My supervisor is gone for the day, and so I cannot ask her.  What do ya'll say?  ...

So, if you are on your primary and secondary and there is work in your BOB, but a different BOB area needs help, you will be directed to new accounts by the team regional lead (police) and they will pool you to those accounts you have never done before because the account needs help getting caught up. Hopefully it does not happen to many times, but already has happened to me 5 times.   Just in time to make my pay go down EVEN MORE!!!! ...

I AM APALLED! Clearly she has not discussed this with me until now. Her husband is in the Army, she is a new mom and wants to do something to contribute to her family.  I have told her this is the wrong move to make.
