Last week only 10 lines audit, how does that work - ss
Posted: Mar 08, 2015
Since we are on a new week, do they start on this week's work? Or are they allowed to go back and pick up work from last week, at least until payroll is figured?
Just wondering if the TT MTs would like share ... how many lines do you average during the day/week? I'm doing about 9,000 to 10,000 a week and wonder if I should be pushing myself more. How much of your count is VR? I do probably 15% traditional and 85% VR but that, of course, varies week to week. ...
I have been put on a written audit and received 92%. So I am being given 1 more week.
Which means I am more than likely out of here. I did not not have any Major marks, but only a lot of minor - i.e., two liters versus 2L, grams versus g.
I should just quit and go work at the big lots, less stress more money
...
A couple of things. I wonder what happens when you have 0 post audits for the week? I have not had any this week yet.
Also, seems a bit unfair they are using VR and straight trans on the same cpl. It takes twice as long to do straight trans:( ...
How do I get to be such a crummy transcriptionist - last week 3 or 4 post audits - 98.69%
1 audit done Sat for this week -- 3-pt CPSE error and 1-pt + 98.03% so far for this week.
I really don't feel like even working tonight -- what other mistakes could I make tonight to bring my post-audit score down any lower!!!!! ...
I'm new to FIESA. The company I was with that Nuance bought out just started using FIESA this month. I'm having post-audits daily, as many as 5 a day. Is that pretty much what the rest of you average? Just curious since I've been reading the board and watching what others are saying about the new and exciting "pay" plan. ...
My first 2 weeks of post audit were terrific - the third week, not so good - and this week - back to reality - I smell a setup - give us a really good post audits once in awhile to keep us working for them, but not so often that they have to pay us a decent wage all the time.
...
of course, most of the lines are VR but, I totaled my lines and the amount of $$ I made. Then I took the amount of straight typing lines I used to do and x by 8 cpl.
I have more lines doing both straight and VR, BUT less pay.
I averaged 1200/1300 lines per day working usually 6 hours (no set time schedule, just a mandatory "full-time" amount at old job). Last week, I missed 3 hours of work but did 7068 of a mix of ST and VR. Made almost 200 bucks les ...
:-) Was solicited ASR Proficiency training/mentoring if I had not already had it. Loudly and clearly, I let my TSM know that I had had it, and the mentor was not able to help me as she could see that I was not problem. I let her know full well that my LPH depends almost entirely on the ASR. ...
How many lines will you type in a week on average? I am typing anywhere from 10,000 to 20,000 lines a week. I spend my entire life typing, cooking and sleeping. I very rarely have to time to go anywhere or do anything. I was just wondering if everyone else who types at home has to type so much. I work seven days a week and never get a day off. I am just getting so tired and I think I need a break but if I do not do it, it just piles up and no one else helps out, so what's a girl ...
to get an accurate measurement of any one MT's work!!! This is true whether the MT ends up with 98% (failing and getting 8 cents or less per line) or 100% (getting top line rate.
If you produce 10,000 lines per PP, that's only 100 to 200 lines out of ALL 10,000 lines!!!
And WORST OF ALL, having a range of lines they audit (1 to 2%) gives them the leeway to manipulate things even more. For example, if they do 1% of your lines and your score is 100 ...
Does anybody know which column companies look at to decide if you are meeting the minimum 250 requirement in Escription? When I look at the metrics there are 2 columns...median lines per hour and average lines per hour. ...
if you make 4 cents per line at 1000 lines a day, they really calculate it at 500 lines per day x 4 cents, making it really 2 cents per line for the full 1000.
I heard this, and I am really interested in knowing if it is true. ...
My main account was a good one, and the lines were very good, mostly ER work. I have been on this account for over a year and a half now. We recently received an e-mail stating that Nuance had discovered that the line count was charging incorrectly, as instituted by them, and they had been crediting us with MORE lines than we were actually doing and overcharging the client.
Now get this, they informed us that they would not make US pay it back, for their mistake, but that our new lines would re ...
What do you do when you have the required hours but are short lines?
I got an email that I need to "make plans to have my shortage made up." The only problem is that I'm up to date with my hours for the pay period so far. The other problem is that I have plans Saturday night and Sunday (both being my scheduled time off) that don't include TransTech.
It's getting harder and harder to defend this company when they can't hold up their end of the agreement and continually ...
How many lines do you average per day - VR and traditional? I know it's been VERY slow lately, but when things are going well, how many lines do you normally get? I'm trying to figure out where the average numbers are. For me, I do about 350 trad and about 1400 VR in 8 hours. Well, my timesheet says 8 hours, but my clock says that number MAY(!) be a little higher. Again, these are numbers I pull when things are going well and I'm not waiting for work to download.
I'v ...
To all you wonderful MTs working and slaving your lives away, Happy MT Week. I appreciate you. I appreciate your kindness when I have a rant or a rave, when I'm at my wits end with the constant changing around of clients, client profiles and the never ending dings being thrown at me. I appreciate knowing that I am not alone in this struggle.
It is because of all of you, and only you MTs on this board that I manage to stay in this game. We are treated as less than second class citiz ...
Does anyone know when pay will be distributed this week? A big deal seemed to be made about getting payroll in quickly, so Im wondering if pay will be released before Thursday or if its just going to be Friday as usual. ...
Good grief. I did not change the way I edit. It so depends on how many commas they think you should have. Yes, I made an unusual (for me) mistake last week, but the rest of passing an audit is dumb luck of whether you get a realistic auditor or Ms English wannabe.
Everybody must be under pressure because of the cesspool as I see a lot of mistakes when I look up past reports to help with these mush mouths and accents. The time czar wants schedule changes, but I see no problems with turna ...
Does it now vary from week to week? I used to always know exactly what my PTO was and could calculate it but just noticed that it varied from one paycheck a couple of months back to this past week. How is this now figured? So confusing ...
Has anybody gotten the above email stating now there are 2 post audit reports that we have to pull? The regular one and now a post audit m report??? What is this for??? This gets crazier every day ...
My score was 96.6. All the reports docked were ASR reports, missing a few things here and there like leaving in oven instead of correcting to even - well, you get the gist.
There were no critical mistakes.
Not once, in all my years working for hospitals or doctors have I had an aduit. I'm wondering if it's just that ASR is only a year old to me and that's why I'm having issues.
Oh well.
