Time for you to start looking elsewhere. There are jobs out there that don't treat you like that. I went to TTS and I really like it there.

What is TTS? I would think all these transcription companies are pretty much the same - the work horses get little and the big kahunas are living in luxury.

Percentage is 99.5%. TTS is Trans Tech Solutions, which apparently just merged with someone. Their people are also apparently very unhappy, but I would bet they're not as unhappy as those of us being abused by Nuance.

I knew from day 1 I'd never receive a bonus with all the hoops you have to jump through. It would be interesting to know just how many people do get them. They must me DRONES of some sort to have such perfect scores. I don't even bother aiming for this.

Such a stat crazy company as Nuance has those figures on tap in a flash if they want to tell you, but they don't HAVE to tell you and they know it would destroy the illusion we all have a chance and that they are not employing scads of QA for the simple reason of docking our pay.

This is a nasty, nasty company.

For the very self same reason.

Pretty smart of them not having to disclose how many get the bonus, most of us will never know how few do get it and will keep striving for the intentionally unachievable - get back on that treadmill, hamster!

It seems far more are employed to dock our MT pay than are employed as MTs who do the work bringing in the money! Crazy upside down world.

Work for Both TTS and Nuance. The percentage with TTS is 98% (at least on my account). They leave me alone and let me type. I really have no problem with Nuance either except for FIESA but I ignore that. Unfortunately neither one pays great but who does anymore and that is why I work FT for one and PT for the other. Makes for some long days but I can afford to pay my bills and have extra money for other things

then dont look at FIESA! believe me, nothing will happen. - no fiesa for ~ 1-1/2 yrs. nm

So I guess I am hoping to squeeze through so I can get that back.

I wish I knew of a better company, where they don't use QA to cut your pay, but hard to know if there are any companies who are any better. Don't want to jump from the frying pan to the fire, but I do want out.

I was at 99.49% as of a week ago, they QA'd me to death and as of yesterday, my TL said I was at 99.56 and "no worries, it's all good". My screen still showed 99.49 but I figured she must be right. Now today, she emails me and says I am at 99.49! Got my bonus 3 out of 4 quarters last year was pretty happy with Nuance until now. Bunch of BS if ya ask me! Will they make an exception for being that close! I am sure NOT!! :(

I've never gotten the quarterly bonus for the going on 2 years that I've been with Nuance. I think I might be able to get it for this quarter but I'm not sure the exact date the quarter started. Was it January 1st??

Does anyone know when this might be paid? Coming from Transcend, we were "grandfathered" in at 99% and supposed to get 10% for the first quarter. Does it include all money earned including the bonus we get if we have over 12,501 lines or just our measly base rate? I guess this is my one and only bonus here. Appreciate your help. ...

There is something that I've been thinking of that truly breaks my heart. To think that some or most or all of us just miss getting the quarterly bonus by 2/10ths of a percentage point or 1/10th or whatever. I have heard people on here say you have to pay your SE taxes quarterly or you get penalized. I didn't do that. I took my stuff to H&R block and they did my taxes with just a regular SE status, added to my employee status for my employee job. They asked me if i had paid in anything and I told them no, but I didn't get penalized in any way. Is that normal?
