A company in debt would not be able to hire and pay its employees on time every time, pay PTO, pay insurance, hire more management, keep buying companies in and out of the healthcare field, shall I go on. You are VERY misinformed!

while carrying enormous debt. Debt does not mean they cannot pay their employees or the bills. The STOCK however, can suffer since much of the value is based on speculation. Nuance has been in the business news A LOT with talk about their debt and hyped up earnings expectations (last quarter) which they did not meet. Their stock DID fall when end-of-quarter earnings came out and is still hovering around the $25-26 range. One expert's opinion certainly will contribute to the speculation and affect prices.

Where have they overhyped their products? Nuance's products are excellent, and perform as expected. The stock market is behaving very carefully these days, especially with technology heavy companies, and Nuance is one. You do realize that they are Dragon, they are the engine in Sync, Siri, etc. They are joining with other technology partners (not necessarily buying) to create even more efficient operations in other industries. Stock market analysts have Nuance marked as a good long-term investment due to superb growth potential. I'm not sure where any "overhype" has occurred.

Received call from TSM (or whatever they are called now) yesterday that she will be done as of November 18th. MModal is doing away with too many good ones. Don't understand their thinking, we will be merged with another BOB, another quality coach will be added, and a scheduling person. Why not leave it alone! Well just got word that the physical therapy company I work in house for is going point and click. Inevitable I know. We have about a month/month and a half. They are keeping one of us to work the system, make sure everything is correct in it, etc. So I'm going to start pounding the pavement. I am thinking of looking for PT front desk work.
